NISS

This area is dedicated to the supervision of cybersecurity and the security of the networks and information systems of essential services (energy, drinking water, health, transport and digital infrastructure) within the framework of the law of 28 May 2019 transposing the NIS Directive (EU 2016/1148), as well as within the framework of Articles 42 and 43 of the law of 17 December 2021 on electronic communications networks and services.
