ans\u00e4ssig ist, kann einen Schlichtungsantrag gegen einen in Luxemburg ans\u00e4ssigen <strong><span style=\"color: #e22c3f;\">Branchenunternehmer<\/span><\/strong> (Schlichtungsantragsgegner) stellen.<\/p><p>Unter einem \u201eBranchenunternehmer \u201c im Sinne des ILR-Schlichtungsverfahrens sind zu verstehen:<\/p><ul><li>Anbieter von Kommunikationsdienstleistungen;<\/li><li>Strom- und Erdgasnetzbetreiber;<\/li><li>Strom- und Erdgaslieferanten;<\/li><li>Anbieter von Postdienstleistungen.<\/li><\/ul><p>Im Stromsektor gibt es seit 2023 eine Ausnahme: Das Gesetz erlaubt auch allen anderen Unternehmen, ein Schlichtungsverfahren gegen einen Stromlieferanten einzuleiten.<br \/><br \/>In allen anderen Sektoren k\u00f6nnen nur Verbraucher eine Schlichtung mit einem
